BASECAMP® power stations are manufactured in France at the MovNtec factory in Ruitz (Hauts-de-France). This 15,000 m² facility integrates patented energy management technology into equipment designed for intensive professional use.

Integrated local production and industrial certification
The Ruitz factory, certified ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, controls the entire process: assembly of lithium-ion modules, integration of the patented switched BMS, and validation testing. Each station undergoes a quality control protocol before shipment.
A documentation tracking system accompanies every unit produced, ensuring component identification and facilitating technical support throughout its entire service life.

From industrial know-how to BASECAMP® technology
The MovNtec factory draws on 20 years of expertise in electronic assembly to integrate the patented switched BMS, an architecture that removes the need for traditional chargers and inverters. This architectural advantage delivers 7.2 kW of peak power and 3.7 kWh of capacity in a portable format.
The close proximity between Otonohm’s development teams and the assembly lines accelerates the industrialization of innovations. Prototypes tested in the field are quickly integrated into serial production.
Production adapted to professional uses
Each station is validated according to the requirements of its target sectors: mechanical resistance for construction sites, electrical stability for audiovisual production, reliability for emergency services, and autonomy for events.
The industrial organization can handle both single-unit orders (craft professionals, SMEs) and larger production runs for professional rental companies (Kiloutou, Loxam) and major construction groups.
